Michael Dewayne Fowler

Michael Dewayne Fowler (64) was born on January 11, 1957 to Charles Dewayne and Frankie Louise Fowler in Bakersfield, California. On December 6, 2021, he passed away while surrounded by his wife and children after a battle with lung cancer.

He is survived and remembered with fondness by his wife Debbie, their children; Cole (Melissa) and Carlie, their grand-daughter Lily, his mother Frankie and his siblings; Margie (Don) Richards and Charlie (Janice).
