FREDIA COLENE COLLIER

Colene Collier, age 53, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2024, surrounded by her loving husband and family.

Colene was born in Taft, California, on May 18, 1970, to parents Lonnie McKenzie and Caroline Hollingsworth. She graduated from West High School and married Rick Steven Collier, with whom she had three beautiful children: Jonathan, Sean, and McKenzie. Colene was a devoted wife and mother, cherishing her grandbabies above all else.

Colene was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Williams, her Aunt Danette Schutte, Uncle Skip Tackett, brother-in-law, Brian Collier, and father-in-law, Steven Collier.

Colene is survived by her husband Rick and their family, including Johnathan (Brittany) Collier, Sean (Sami) Collier, McKenzie Collier, and three grandchildren with one more grandson on the way. She is also survived by her father Lonnie McKenzie, and mother-in-law, Sandra Collier, her younger brothers, Mike Williams and Chipper Williams, and step-brother Lonnie McKenzie Jr., and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Doughty-Calhoun-O’Meara, 1100 Truxtun Avenue.
