Anselmo Zarate Luna was born on April 21, 1959 in Juventino Rosas Guanajauto, Mexico to Candido Zarate and the late Victoria Luna Zarate. He passed away at the age 62 in Bakersfield, California. He is preceded in death by his mother Victoria Luna Zarate and the love of his life; Elvia Concepcion Garcia. He is survived by his children; Maura, Ivan, Leo, Jesus, Step children Blanca, Delia, Jose Jr., Elizabeth, Carmen, father; Candido Zarate, 2 brothers, 6 sisters, and many grandchildren.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who was blessed to know him.
